Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be purchased directly from meryannbeauty.com
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in new, unopened, and unused conditon, with all original packaging intact.
- We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at info@meryannbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send your product back.
- Ship the product securely to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.
- Upon receipt, all items will be inspected to confirm they meet return requirements.
- Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (excluding shipping charges).
Processing Time
Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive your return for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued only after your return has been reviewed and approved by our warehouse team.
Important Notes
- Only products purchased directly from meryannbeauty.com are eligible for return. Items bought from other retailers or salons must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- We do not accept returns on final sale items, promotional gifts, or samples.
- Meryann Beauty reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy conditions.
